Description
The Rab Electron Pro Hoody is a technical mountain down jacket designed to provide reliable warmth with low bulk. Rab positions it for climbing, mountaineering, and hill walking, offering a particularly good balance between insulation, mobility, and packability.
It uses 179g of 800FP European goose down in size M and features a stitch-through construction with micro and midi baffles distributed according to body mapping to combine warmth and freedom of movement.
Real technical performance
The 20D Pertex® Quantum Pro outer fabric provides resistance to wind, light snow, and light precipitation. It is not a waterproof jacket: in persistent rain or wet snow, it should be combined with a hardshell.
Within the Rab range, the Electron Pro sits one step below the Neutrino Pro in terms of insulation, but offers lower weight and bulk, making it particularly versatile for dynamic mountain activity.
