Environmental Impact

We are constantly working to minimize our environmental impact. We aim to reduce our impact by 25% by the end of 2022. We have already made great progress, but there is always more to do.

Energy
  • Our UK offices and manufacturing and distribution site will be 100% renewable energy by March 2020.

Waste

  • Monitor and reduce overall waste from all our sites.
  • Launch a closed-loop cardboard packaging scheme at our UK manufacturing and distribution center.

Raw Materials

  • Increase the amount of recycled materials we use in our products and packaging.
  • Review and minimize consumer hangtag packs, to minimize materials and use fully sustainable and recyclable cardboard, and print only with soy ink.

Ways of Working

  • Drive a "war on plastic" approach to minimize single-use plastics. We reuse, refill, and eradicate where we can, encouraging all employees to consider their own behavior and changing our company's approach to cleaning and catering provisions.
  • Minimize unnecessary waste at trade events.
  • Encourage cycling to work and offer a cycle-to-work scheme for staff.
  • Introduction of food waste recycling in offices.
  • Introduce native flower planters in our offices to support wildlife.
