Depending on location, items can be sent to a Rab service center, where our skilled staff can carry out repairs, using original materials and technical expertise to extend the life of most beloved products. We have been repairing Rab items this way for over 20 years. Our goal is to extend the life of highly valued products.

Our UK service center offers a hassle-free Rab Wash, a specialized feather washing service that ensures your Rab jacket or sleeping bag is clean, fully fluffed, and ready for your next adventure for years to come.

Samples, repaired returns, overstocked items, or other products that cannot be sold are:

• Resold at the Equip Technologies factory outlet store,
• Resold at an event or trade show,
• Reused in new items
• Donated to charities for reuse (i.e., homeless charities, overseas charities), or
• Disassembled back to raw components and donated as fabric for education and research, and zippers, cords, and pulls saved as spare parts.
