🏔️ Description

Rab Mythic Shorts. Down shorts designed to provide extra insulation for the thighs and hips during cold breaks or activities where you need warmth in those areas without wearing full-length down pants.

⭐ Mountain Group's Review

This is a specialized piece for your layering system. The full-length side zippers make it easy to put on when you need more warmth; it does not replace the protection of leg and foot layers in extreme cold.

📋 Technical Specifications

  • European goose down: 800 FP with hydrophobic treatment.
  • Down fill: 74 g in size M.
  • Weight: 242 g in size M.
  • Main fabric: Pertex® Quantum 10D.
  • Seat reinforcements: Pertex® Quantum Pro 20D.
  • Reference: QDB-62.

🛠️ Details that make a difference

  • Full-length side zippers for easy on-and-off while wearing footwear.
  • Hook-and-loop waist adjustment.
  • Articulated knees and stitch-through construction.
  • Stuff sack included.

🎯 Usage and fit

Supplementary mountain insulation. Try the fit over your activity pants; its relaxed cut is designed for use as an additional layer.

❓ Before you choose

The down's hydrophobic treatment helps protect against moisture, but it does not make the garment waterproof.
