🏔️ Description

The Rab Latok Alpine GTX Jacket QWI-39 is a technical hardshell developed for mountaineering and winter climbing, where protection must coexist with freedom of movement and reduced weight. Its 40D 3-layer GORE-TEX PRO construction with ePE membrane offers high-level waterproof protection in a package that is less bulky than a heavier expedition shell.

With a 28,000 mm hydrostatic head, a weight of 424 g in size M, and an articulated pattern designed for overhead movement, it is specifically suited for technical rock and ice ascents, couloirs, winter climbing, and demanding alpine objectives.

⭐ The Mountain Group Review

The Latok Alpine is the most balanced option in the Latok family when the goal is to climb and move with agility. It maintains GORE-TEX PRO protection and high durability, but its 40D fabric reduces weight and volume compared to the 80D Latok GTX.

We would choose it for technical mountaineering, ice, and winter climbing. If your absolute priority is enduring maximum wear and tear, daily professional use, or expeditions with a very heavy pack, the 80D Latok GTX offers a more robust construction.

⚡ Real Technical Performance
